Ekkals

Ekkals are the halflings of Sendakro. I've had this race from the beginning, but I never really knew what they looked like. The early drawings I did of ekkals pretty much looked like humans but maybe had different ears.
Now I'm stepping it up a notch, doing a few experiments to find interesting looks for the ekkal.

Here's something from today, I do like this face a lot. Ekkals are always cheerful, fun and adventurous people, so I always thought they'd have round features.
I gave her elliptical eyes like the drinn (see prev posts). But instead of just having a goat-like pupil, her 'eyeballs' are elliptical as well, hence her iris and pupil are as well.
I did variations on the eye coloring.
